Community Enterprise Queensland (CEQ) manages and operates the IBIS stores and has a genuine commitment to employing local people, and developing and training staff to help them reach their full potential.  CEQ prides itself on a workforce that comprises 75% Indigenous staff with 15 of its stores being managed by local community members.  This is only achievable through a genuine commitment to staff development and clearly defined career pathways.
