Community Enterprise Queensland (CEQ) manages and operates the IBIS stores and has a genuine commitment to not only employing local people, but in developing and training staff to help them reach their full potential.  CEQ prides itself on a workforce that comprises 75% Indigenous staff with 15 of its stores being managed by local community members.  This is only achievable through a genuine commitment to staff development and clearly defined career pathways.

Brief Summary: The Retail Manager CHH is responsible for overseeing the management of Community Home and Hardware retail operations in CEQ outlets

Doomadgee Assistant Store Manager
Brief Summary: The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for assisting the Supermarket Manager, to achieve efficient and profitable operation for the CEQ Supermarket. The position is also responsible for the implementation of policy and procedures to ensure compliance in all aspects of retail operations together with the training of relevant staff in all aspects of retail operations.

Administration Officer Hardware
Brief Summary: The Administration Officer Hardware is responsible for administering the auto-replenishment purchasing and payment process of CEQ hardware stock using the CEQ Computer System through liaison with CEQ store managers to ensure quantity control and rectification actions in relation to stock supply issues.
